Transport — where the state's money goes

The state transport group — the Ministry of Transport and Communications, НКЖИ (rail infrastructure), БДЖ (passenger and freight), the Port Infrastructure company and the maritime, aviation and railway administrations — is one of the country's largest awarders. This page shows its public procurement by mode (rail, ports, aviation), EU-funds absorption, the state rail subsidy per passenger, and a map of the entities city by city. Railways dominate. Road infrastructure (АПИ) is a separate sector.
