Environmental protection (COFOG GF05) is the one large state function where Наясно also measures the outcome — air quality. This page puts the money next to the result: the public procurement of the Ministry of Environment and Water, the Executive Environment Agency (ИАОС — which produces the very PM10 series), the ПУДООС environment fund, the Rila, Pirin and Central Balkan national-park directorates, НИМХ, the four river-basin directorates and the 16 regional inspectorates (РИОСВ) — next to the measured air quality per station, the absorption of ОП „Околна среда“ 2014-2020 vs Програма „Околна среда“ 2021-2027, the ministry budget, and environment spending vs the EU. ИАОС — the agency that measures the air — is itself one of the largest buyers, nearly the size of the whole ministry.
