Every signed contract from the central АОП register (data.egov.bg) is pinned to the buyer's HQ address. Central ministries, state agencies and nationally-operating state companies are excluded from per-settlement pins — their Sofia HQ tells you nothing about where the money was spent — and roll up into a separate "National procurement" card.
